使用規範

本服務是設計易於協力廠商的大資料和技術模型服務而向自然人使用者（以下簡稱“用戶”）提供的可能包含artificial intelligence (“AI”)部分合成服務，服務主要包括但不限於內容生成、續寫、優化以及後續可能推出並納入AI服務範疇內的其他各項服務，具體服務以我們實際提供的為准。您在中華人民共和國香港特別行政區以外使用本服務應遵守您所在地國家或地區的全部法律、法規及政策的限制與監督。

使用者通過設計易產品及服務平台使用本服務，每個用戶帳號實際可使用次數及功能以設計易實際提供的為准。您應對通過用戶帳號使用本服務的一切行為（包括但不限於發佈、生成、續寫、優化資訊、同意協定、規則等）承擔全部責任。

我們無法保證能夠長期持續穩定的在本服務項下向您提供某些特定技術/服務，同時，您充分知曉並理解，由於人工智慧創作作品的法律法規仍在發展變化中，如您使用本服務遭受損失，設計易、eprint集團及其任何子公司、附屬公司、聯繫公司或任何關聯方將不承擔任何責任。

內容限制

您在使用本服務時輸入的內容不得侵害他人權益（包括但不限於他人智慧財產權、肖像權、名譽權和個人隱私與其他權益），您應對使用本服務時自行輸入的內容承擔全部責任。

您同意不會利用本服務進行任何違法活動或行為。

您應當對使用本服務輸入的內容是否符合法律法規規定進行必要審查，並由您承擔由此產生的所有責任。您確保您提供的內容（包括但不限於自訂輸入的文本或上傳的圖片等）不含政治相關及違反法律法規的內容，亦未侵害他人合法權益或已獲得了充分、必要且有效的合法許可及授權。

設計易並不會就您使用本服務時輸入的內容進行內容審查，因此您需自行確認使用本服務時輸入的內容將不包含任何保密、敏感或個人隱私等資訊，且您確認您的輸入內容將不被認為是您的個人隱私資料。

使用限制

您充分理解使用本服務的先決條件為註冊並登錄設計易服務帳號，您在註冊及使用時應遵守《用戶協議》和《隱私條款》中的要求和規定，妥善保管好您的帳號、密碼和其他個人資料。

我們發現或收到他人舉報或投訴使用者違反本協議任何約定的，我們有權不經通知隨時對相關內容進行處理，並有權中止或終止提供相關服務，包括但不限於：無法使用本服務及帳號封禁等，而無需預先通知任何用戶。

本服務可能會對不同使用者提供相同的回饋內容，您知悉並認可，您對這些內容並不享有獨佔權利（如著作權），您不得限制其他使用者對相關回饋內容的使用。

免責條款

您知悉並認可，由於本服務生成的所有內容均由人工智慧模型生成，則：
（1）受限於現有技術水準，我們無法保證生成內容的準確性、完整性、時效性、可用性，生成內容亦不可避免的會出現事實、觀點、價值等方面的瑕疵，我們對此不承擔任何法律責任。
（2）生成內容僅供參考，不代表設計易及/或eprint集團及其任何子公司、附屬公司、聯繫公司或任何關聯方的態度、觀點或立場，亦不構成設計易及/或eprint集團及其任何子公司、附屬公司、聯繫公司或任何關聯方對您的任何建議或意見。如涉及醫療、法律、金融投資相關等專業領域事項，請諮詢專業人士。演算法回答可能與您實際情況或現實生活不符，您應審慎判斷其真實性、可靠性。

本服務所依賴的協力廠商技術模型服務的訓練資料包括但不限於公開互聯網的資訊，其中有部分資訊可能會存在一定的敏感性、不合理性或引發理解歧義，如您將生成的敏感性內容或不理性及有理解歧義的內容進行公開傳播，您將獨自承擔相應的法律責任。

我們有權對本協議作任何修訂、修改或更新而無需事前通知。

如對此協議的理解或本協議的中英文版本有任何歧義，一概以中文版及我們的解釋為準。

Usage Specifications

This service is provided by Design Easy to individual users (hereinafter referred to as "users") based on third-party big data and technology models, and may include artificial intelligence ("AI") partial synthesis services. The main services include but are not limited to content generation, continuation, optimization, and other services that may be launched and included in the AI service scope in the future. The specific services shall be subject to what we actually provide. When using this service outside the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, you shall comply with the restrictions and supervision of all laws, regulations, and policies in the country or region where you are located.

Each user account's actual number of usages and functions of this service through Design Easy's product and service platform shall be subject to what Design Easy actually provides. You shall be fully responsible for all actions (including but not limited to publishing, generating, continuing, optimizing information, agreeing to agreements, rules, etc.) through the user account.

We cannot guarantee that we can continuously and stably provide you with certain specific technologies/services under this service. At the same time, you are fully aware and understand that as the legal regulations on AI-created works are still evolving, if you suffer losses from using this service, Design Easy, eprint Group, and any of their subsidiaries, affiliates, or associated companies will not bear any liability.

Content Restrictions

The content you enter when using this service must not infringe on the rights of others (including but not limited to others' intellectual property rights, portrait rights, reputation rights, and personal privacy and other rights), and you shall be fully responsible for the content you enter when using this service.

You agree not to use this service for any illegal activities or behaviors.

You shall conduct the necessary review to ensure that the content you input when using this service complies with laws and regulations, and you shall bear all responsibilities arising therefrom. You ensure that the content you provide (including but not limited to self-entered text or uploaded images) does not contain politically-related or illegal content, nor does it infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of others or has obtained sufficient, necessary, and effective legal permission and authorization.

Design Easy will not conduct content review on the content you input when using this service, so you need to confirm that the content you input when using this service will not contain any confidential, sensitive, or personal privacy information, and you confirm that your input content will not be considered as your personal privacy information.

Usage Restrictions

You fully understand that the prerequisite for using this service is to register and log in to the Design Easy service account, and you shall comply with the requirements and provisions in the "User Agreement" and "Privacy Policy" when registering and using, and properly keep your account, password, and other personal information.

If we find or receive reports or complaints from others that a user has violated any provision of this agreement, we have the right to process the relevant content at any time without notice, and have the right to suspend or terminate the provision of relevant services, including but not limited to: unable to use this service and account suspension, without prior notice to any user.

This service may provide the same feedback content to different users, and you acknowledge and accept that you do not have exclusive rights (such as copyrights) to these contents, and you shall not restrict other users from using the relevant feedback content.

Disclaimer

You are aware and accept that since all the content generated by this service is generated by an AI model, therefore:
(1) Due to the current technical level, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and availability of the generated content, and the generated content is inevitably flawed in terms of facts, opinions, and values, for which we do not assume any legal liability.
(2) The generated content is for reference only and does not represent the attitude, viewpoint or position of Design Easy and/or eprint Group and any of their subsidiaries, affiliates, or associated companies, nor does it constitute any advice or opinions from Design Easy and/or eprint Group and any of their subsidiaries, affiliates, or associated companies to you. For matters related to medical, legal, financial investment and other professional fields, please consult professional personnel. The algorithm responses may differ from your actual experience or real-life situations, and you should use your own judgment to assess their authenticity and reliability.

The training data for the third-party technology model services relied upon by this service includes but is not limited to information from the public internet, some of which may contain a certain degree of sensitivity, unreasonableness or ambiguity of understanding. If you publicly disseminate the generated sensitive content or irrational and ambiguously understood content, you will bear the corresponding legal liability alone.

We have the right to make any revisions, modifications or updates to this agreement without prior notice.

In case of any discrepancy in interpretation to this agreement or any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions, the Chinese version and our interpretation shall prevail.
