This service is a big data and technical model service designed to be easy for third parties to provide to natural person users (hereinafter referred to as "users"). It may include some artificial intelligence ("AI") synthetic services. The service mainly includes but is not limited to content generation, Continuation, optimization and other services that may be launched and included in the scope of AI services in the future. The specific services are subject to what we actually provide. Your use of this service outside the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China shall comply with all laws, regulations and policies of the country or region where you are located, restrictions and supervision.

Users use this service through DesignEasy products and service platforms. The actual number of uses and functions of each user account are subject to those actually provided by DesignEasy. You shall bear full responsibility for all actions using this service through your user account (including but not limited to publishing, generating, continuing to write, optimizing information, agreeing to agreements, rules, etc.).

We cannot guarantee that we can provide you with certain specific technologies/services under this service in a long-term, sustainable and stable manner. At the same time, you fully know and understand that since the laws and regulations on artificial intelligence-created works are still developing and changing, if you use this service DesignEasy, eprint Group and any of its subsidiaries, affiliates, associated companies or any related parties will not be liable for any losses suffered.

Content restrictions

The content you enter when using this service must not infringe the rights and interests of others (including but not limited to other people's intellectual property rights, portrait rights, reputation rights, personal privacy and other rights and interests). You shall bear full responsibility for the content you enter when using this service.

You agree not to use the Service to conduct any illegal activities or conduct.

You should conduct necessary review to see whether the content entered using this service complies with laws and regulations, and you bear all responsibilities arising therefrom. You ensure that the content you provide (including but not limited to custom-entered text or uploaded images, etc.) does not contain political content or content that violates laws and regulations, nor does it infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of others or has obtained sufficient, necessary and effective legal rights. DesignEasy will not review the content you enter when using this service, so you need to confirm that the content you enter when using this service will not contain any confidential, sensitive or personal privacy information, and you confirm that the content you input It will not be considered as your personal privacy information.

Limitation of Use

You fully understand that the prerequisite for using this service is to register and log in to a Design Easy Service account. When registering and using it, you should abide by the requirements and regulations in the "User Agreement" and "Privacy Terms" and properly keep your account, password and Other Personal Data.

If we find or receive reports or complaints from others about users violating any agreement in this Agreement, we have the right to process the relevant content at any time without notice, and have the right to suspend or terminate the provision of relevant services, including but not limited to: being unable to use the service and account ban, etc. without prior notification to any user.

This service may provide the same feedback content to different users. You know and acknowledge that you do not have exclusive rights (such as copyright) to these contents, and you may not restrict other users from using the relevant feedback content.

If there is any ambiguity in the understanding of this agreement or the Chinese and English versions of this agreement, the Chinese version and our interpretation shall prevail.

Usage Specifications

This service is provided by Design Easy to individual users (hereinafter referred to as "users") based on third-party big data and technology models, and may include artificial intelligence ("AI") partial synthesis services. The main services include but are not limited to content generation, continuation, optimization, and other services that may be launched and included in the AI service scope in the future. The specific services shall be subject to what we actually provide. When using this service outside the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, you shall comply with the restrictions and supervision of all laws, regulations, and policies in the country or region where you are located.

Each user account's actual number of usages and functions of this service through Design Easy's product and service platform shall be subject to what Design Easy actually provides. You shall be fully responsible for all actions (including but not limited to publishing, generating, continuing, optimizing information, agreeing to agreements, rules, etc.) through the user account.

We cannot guarantee that we can continuously and stably provide you with certain specific technologies/services under this service. At the same time, you are fully aware and understand that as the legal regulations on AI-created works are still evolving, if you suffer losses from using this service, Design Easy, eprint Group, and any of their subsidiaries, affiliates, or associated companies will not bear any liability.

Content Restrictions

In case of any discrepancy in interpretation to this agreement or any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions, the Chinese version and our interpretation shall prevail.
