Shipping terms:
1. If the customer needs to change the delivery quantity, address or time, please notify one working day before delivery.
2. When the No. 8 gale signal is hoisted or the black rainstorm warning is in effect, the delivery time may be delayed.
3. If no one receives the goods after they arrive at the delivery location due to customer problems, all rescheduled delivery and all additional costs will be borne by the customer.
4. For all questions related to goods, please contact the customer service staff directly at 2344 6665.
5. To avoid delays in goods, please pay the full amount after placing the order or within 1 working day before delivery. If the customer requires delivery within a specified time, the company will charge an additional surcharge.
6. Due to unpredictable road conditions, we cannot specify the arrival time. We apologize for any inconvenience.
7. After the goods arrive, they must be inspected in person to see if the quantity and goods are correct. After that, they will not be accepted.
8. If the goods need to be queued, warehoused, entered into the cargo loading and unloading area, transported by air to an airport, to a funeral home or to a dock, etc., the transportation costs will be quoted separately.
9. Transportation costs do not include moving stairs, parking fees and moving up and down stairs need to be quoted separately.
