When Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Black Rainstorm Warning is in effect, delivery times may be delayed.
If, due to customer issues, no one is available to receive the goods at the delivery location, all rescheduling and any additional costs will be borne by the customer.

To avoid delays in delivery, please make full payment within one working day after placing the order or before delivery. If customers request delivery within a specified time, our company will charge an additional fee.
Due to the unpredictability of road conditions, we are unable to specify the delivery time. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Upon arrival of the goods, the quantity and correctness of the items must be checked on the spot. No claims will be accepted afterward.
If the goods need to queue, be stored, enter the cargo handling area, airport air transport, funeral home, or pier, the transportation fee will be quoted separately.
The transportation fee does not include stair climbing, parking fees, and additional charges for moving items up and down stairs.
