1. When picking up the goods, please check the quantity and quality on the spot. After the goods are shipped out, if the customer reports insufficient quality, they will not be accepted.
2. If there is a return or exchange, it only includes the return of the same product. It is not allowed to change the product style, specification and size on this basis.
3. If the customer fails to pick up all the goods within 30 days after confirming the order, the company will not keep the customer's goods, and the relevant deposits and payments will not be returned. The company will also collect the relevant payment from the customer.
4. All printed materials are subject to our company's color management standards. Please do not rely on screen or printed paper manuscripts.
5. Your manuscripts are all printed in four colors (CMYK). If your manuscripts are spot colors or RGB colors, the manuscripts will be automatically converted to four colors without prior notice. Our company is not responsible for any color differences caused. (Except for special color and special printing products)
6. The company only keeps files submitted by customers for 3 months.
7. Regarding your customers’ use of our company’s services
- You guarantee that the printed materials do not contain any text, images, designs, trademarks, or any copyrighted works that are not authorized by the copyright holder;
- You guarantee that the printed materials will not infringe any rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, will not defame or defame any third party, and that all necessary authorizations or permissions have been obtained to incorporate third party materials into your website work;
- You guarantee that you have obtained all necessary permissions, rights and authorizations to place your order and authorize our company to print your work.
8. If the printed content provided by the customer involves or may involve defamation, invasion of privacy, counterfeiting, plagiarism, reproduction, infringement of intellectual property rights, indecentness, obscenity, infringement of any third party’s rights or printed content that violates the current laws of Hong Kong etc., our company reserves the right to refuse printing. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company will not assume any liability to users or any third party for the contents of printed materials.
9. The customer promises that if any person, group or organization is involved in (i) the customer's violation of the above terms of service; or (ii) the text, photos, images, graphics or other materials in any product entrusted by the customer to be printed by the company, or may involve defamation, invasion of privacy, counterfeiting, plagiarism, reproduction, infringement of intellectual property rights, indecentness, obscenity, infringement of any third party’s rights or violation of existing laws in Hong Kong, and any form of lawsuit, claim or notification may be filed or take any action that will indemnify the Company and its directors, officers and employees from any losses suffered by the Company, including without limitation related claims, losses, costs and expenses.
10. As a user, you are solely responsible for reviewing and managing all content generated using our platform’s AI tools. Any information, dialogue, images, etc. generated by AI should be regarded as a preliminary reference and should be subject to subsequent verification and adjustment by you. Any content created or uploaded by users on the platform, including text, images and videos, should ensure that it does not violate any laws and regulations, does not infringe the rights of others, and does not contain objectionable or inappropriate material. Users are solely responsible for the content they generate and share.
11. Our platform’s AI tools may not be used for any illegal or unauthorized purposes. This includes using AI technology to engage in deceptive, misleading, privacy-invading, harassing or other unethical conduct.
12. When using the AI platform, users should respect relevant intellectual property laws. The content generated by this platform may be protected by copyright, and users must ensure that their use of such content does not infringe the copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights of third parties.
1. Return Instructions: If you want to return the item if it is defective, please submit it within seven days, and the integrity of the returned item must be maintained. For example, the quantity, packaging, or accessories must be consistent with the order content, otherwise the return or account will not be refunded. .
2. Customers need to arrange the transportation of all returns by themselves, and the company will not arrange recycling.
3. The time for accepting returns depends on the operating hours of each store. Returns received after the time limit will not be accepted.
4. If the customer has any claim for any order, the company will only accept reprinting or refund the relevant payment. The company will not be responsible for any economic losses caused by the customer.
1. Generally, refunds take 2 weeks to complete.
2. Refunds will only be paid in the form of checks, and the name registered on the customer's account will be the payee (so the registered name on the account must be consistent with the bank account).
3. If the customer requests a refund, the company will require the person who does not match the name of the account to present certificates or other documents to verify their account usage rights and identity. If the customer refuses the reasonable request, the company will stop the refund request until the identity of the account user can be verified.
4. In order to comply with the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, if a refund customer requests a refund to another person or company, in order to protect the interests of the customer, the applicant must provide an "Authorization Letter" for verification when applying for a refund. If the customer refuses or cannot provide relevant documents for this reason, the company will only refund the money to the name registered when opening the account.
5. The company will only process refunds based on reasonable refund requests. The account holder should abide by the rules when opening the account (Service and Disclaimer - Account) and keep the account information confidential to ensure the authenticity of the user and liability issues that may arise in the future.
6. All refund application customers must fill in the "Refund Application Form". All personal information collected from refund applications will only be used for the company's internal refund operations and will not be involved in other commercial activities.
