1. When picking up the goods, please check the quantity and quality on the spot. Once the goods leave the premises, any complaints about quality will not be accepted.
2. If there are returns or exchanges, they only include exchanges for the same product. This cannot be used as a reason to change the product style, specifications, or size.
3. If customers fail to collect their goods in full within 30 days after confirming the order, our company will not store the goods, and the deposit and payment will not be refunded. Our company will also pursue the relevant payment from the customers.
4. All printed materials are based on our company's color management standards. Please do not use screen or printed drafts as a reference.
5. All customer submissions are printed in four colors (CMYK). If the submission is in pantone color or RGB color, it will be automatically converted to four colors without further notice. Our company is not responsible for any color differences resulting from this conversion (except for pantone color special edition printed products).
6. Files submitted by customers will only be kept by our company for 3 months.
7. Regarding your use of our company's services
The customer guarantees that the printed materials do not contain any text, images, designs, trademarks, or any copyrighted works without the authorization of the copyright holder.
The customer guarantees that the printed materials will not infringe on any third party's rights, including copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, will not defame or disparage any third party, and that all necessary authorizations or permissions have been obtained to include third-party materials in the customer's work.
The customer guarantees that they have obtained all necessary permissions, rights, and authorizations to place the order and authorize our company to print their work.
8. If the content of the printed materials provided by the customer involves or may involve defamation, invasion of privacy, forgery, plagiarism, reproduction, infringement of intellectual property rights, obscenity, indecency, infringement of any third party rights, or violation of current Hong Kong laws, our company reserves the right to refuse printing. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our company will not be liable to the user or any third party for the content of the printed materials.
9. The customer promises that if any person, group or organization is involved in (i) the customer's violation of the above terms of service; or (ii) the text, photos, images, graphics or other materials in any product entrusted by the customer to be printed by the company, or may involve defamation, invasion of privacy, counterfeiting, plagiarism, reproduction, infringement of intellectual property rights, indecentness, obscenity, infringement of any third party’s rights or violation of existing laws in Hong Kong, and any form of lawsuit, claim or notification may be filed or take any action that will indemnify the Company and its directors, officers and employees from any losses suffered by the Company, including without limitation related claims, losses, costs and expenses.
10. As a user, you are responsible for reviewing and managing all content generated using our platform's AI tools. Any information, conversations, images, etc., generated by AI should be considered preliminary references and should be verified and adjusted by you. Users must ensure that any content created or uploaded on the platform, including text, images, and videos, does not violate any laws or regulations, does not infringe on the rights of others, and does not contain offensive or inappropriate materials. Users are fully responsible for the content they generate and share.
11. Our platform's AI tools must not be used for any illegal or unauthorized purposes. This includes using AI technology for fraud, deception, privacy invasion, harassment, or other unethical behavior.
12. When using the AI platform, users should respect relevant intellectual property laws. The content generated by this platform may be protected by copyright, and users must ensure that they do not infringe on third-party copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights when using this content.
1. Return Policy: If you wish to return a defective item, please do so within seven days and ensure the returned item is complete, including quantity, packaging, and accessories, as per the order details. Otherwise, returns or cancellations will not be accepted.
2. Customers need to arrange all returns by themselves; our company does not arrange for returns collection.
3. The acceptance time for returns depends on the operating hours of each store; returns will not be accepted after the specified time.
4. If customers have any claims regarding their orders, our company only accepts reprints or refunds of the relevant payment. Our company is not responsible for any economic losses incurred by the customers.
1. General refunds take 2 weeks to complete.
2. Refunds will only be paid by check and made payable to the name registered on the customer's account (therefore, the account registration name must match the bank account name).
3. If a customer requests a refund, our company will require proof or other documents from individuals whose names do not match the account holder's name to verify their account usage rights and identity. If the customer refuses this reasonable request, our company will suspend the refund request until the account user's identity is verified.
4. To comply with the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, if a refund customer requests a refund to another person or company, the applicant must provide an 'authorization letter' for verification to protect the customer's interests. If the customer refuses or cannot provide the relevant documents, our company will only refund the amount to the name registered when the account was opened.
5. Our company will only process refunds based on reasonable refund requests. The account holder should adhere to the rules set at the time of account opening (Terms of Service and Disclaimer - Account) and keep the account information confidential to ensure the user's authenticity and address any potential liability issues that may arise.
6. All customers requesting a refund must fill out a 'Refund Application Form.' All personal data collected from the refund application will be used solely for internal refund processing purposes and will not be involved in any other commercial activities.
